CES-NASM is a clinical Exercise Physiologist, Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Certified Personal Trainer with over three decades of experience rehabilitating, strength training and conditioning a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. Chris previously served as the Director of Sports Medicine for over a decade at Windsor Athletic Club in Loves Park, Illinois. He has also served as a faculty member at Rasmussen and Rock Valley College teaching anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, pathology, and clinical massage therapy. Being very familiar with the cycle and nature of pain as a Medical Massage Specialist, he specializes in pain management and is licensed in Medical Massage of the spine, trunk, and extremities. He specializes in rehabilitation of head, neck, and shoulder pathology. As a therapist he has developed a unique style of Medical Massage that considerably adds more depth to his approach. Chris’ unique combination of education, experience, and passion translate into highly innovative and effective rehabilitation solutions. He contributes his healing methodology to combining the best of all his disciplines into one complete package.
