Ranch class time! Today we were focusing on our gardening skills and cleaning out an area to soon plant an apple tree. We also went around and fixed fence boards to make sure all animals are safe. It was a great day to be out and learning in the sunshine!

Miss Rodeo Virginia 2026 contestant

Meet our Miss Rodeo Virginia 2026 Contestant:
Jordan Daugherty.

Jordan Daugherty is a fourth year veterinary student from Alexandria, Virginia. Jordan has been a NIRA member since 2019 and just recently wrapped up her college rodeo career this spring; she competes in the barrel racing and breakaway roping. She is also president of her veterinary class and a member of the US Army where she will serve as a veterinarian following graduation in May of 2026. When she isn't on the road with her horses, you can find her studying, working in a veterinary hospital, or spending time with her chinchilla and rabbit. She is passionate about making rodeo a welcoming place for newcomers and those who did not grow up under the arena lights.
