Our Story

Kinetic Balance was founded in 1993 by Dr. Catherine Wycoff, PT to provide a holistic, gentle, pain free approach to physical therapy focusing on finding and treating the cause of any problem rather than simply managing its symptoms.

We are passionate about: -helping you improve your flexibility, balance and posture at any age -working with equestrians and their horses -finding solutions to complex problems by going beyond traditional therapies.

Our approach combines a traditional doctorate in physical therapy (both in Europe and in the US) with less traditional approaches like: -the Feldenkrais Method, the Anat Baniel Method for Children, Myofascial Release, Kinesiotaping and Hippotherapy to give you the tools you need to eliminate pain and reclaim your life by helping you identify which of your habits of movements are getting in the way of what you are trying to achieve.
