Good Stretch Yoga with Nancy Over 12 years of teaching experience, Registered Yoga teacher RYT-200, certified Reiki Healing Intimate classes are held in Nancy’s Studio in Arlington.

The spa-like ambiance features soothing music, fairy lights, candles and end-of-class lavender aromatherapy spray. Class Size › Space is limited to 6 people per class providing an intimate atmosphere and an opportunity for Nancy to give individualized attention to each student. Extras › Extra yoga mats are available free-of-charge for students who either don’t own a mat or have forgotten to bring

one. There are yoga blocks on hand for ease with deep stretching poses and blankets for restorative poses or just for tucking in at the end of class during the guided meditation.
