Narong Hul Welcome to Peace and Joy Handbook
Our goals are to help people live in peace and joy by understandin Sources of anxiety come from almost everywhere.

Sometimes life moves so fast that we don’t get enough time to enjoy it. Most people are consumed with work deadlines, family responsibilities, and other measures to survive. We all want to live a life filled with peace and joy. Peace involves living harmoniously with yourself and others. Joyful people never stop growing. Joyful people never stop discovering, never stop stretching, never stop learning. If you stopped growing, you’re miserable, because you were made to grow. Peace and joy are both an inward and an outward process. The inward process is the fact that we need to search ourselves (body and mind) and understand our fears. The outward process involves the love and respect we have for one another regardless of our beliefs, political ideologies, and religion. While you will define peace and joy according to your lifestyle and beliefs, there are some fundamental underpinnings that cannot be overlooked. This book describes 38 conducts; you should do find peace and joy, and 12 conducts you don’t.
