Give thanks for everything you have! Gratitude is key to manifestation and today we give many thanks, especially to our ancestors!

We wanted to remind you that just because it’s a holiday doesn’t mean you have to let up on your boundaries. Protect your energy from those who don’t benefit you. Both friends and family! It’s okay to say “No”. It’s okay to not to show up to the family dinner in order to avoid the drama and the negative energy that lingers. Just because it’s a custom you grew up with, doesn’t mean it’s an obligation.

We don’t play pretend, we play boundaries ! 🖐🏾
