You know that feeling when you’re doing a million things all day…

…but somehow still feel behind?

Like you’re constantly trying to catch up,
mentally running through everything you should be doing, and never actually feeling done?

This episode is for you.

Because what if the problem isn’t your time…

it’s that you don’t have anything holding your days together?

In this episode, I’m sharing what actually changes when you have rhythms in your life—

and it’s not about being more productive.

It’s about finally feeling:
→ calmer when you wake up
→ clear on what matters
→ and like you’re not carrying your entire life in your head

This is the shift that takes you from
“I can’t keep up”
to
“I handle things.”

And if that’s what you’ve been craving…

What if the reason you feel overwhelmed… isn’t because you’re doing too much—
But because you don’t have anything holding your day together?
In this episode, I’m breaking down what actually changes when you create simple rhythms in your life.
Less chaos.Less mental load.More calm.More follow-through.
And the part most people miss:
It’s not about finding the “perfect” routine…It’s about becoming the kind of person who sticks to one.
If you’re tired of feeling behind and starting over, this episode is for you.

If you’re spiraling in negative thoughts, the answer usually isn’t to try to “just think positive.”

Because when you’re deep in it, your brain usually isn’t buying the positive thoughts.

You can’t always go from:

“I’m failing.”
to
“I’m amazing.”

That leap is often too big.

And honestly?
Trying to force thoughts you don’t believe can sometimes make you feel even worse.

So instead of trying to go from negative → positive…

Try going from negative → neutral.

That means separating the facts from the story.

Facts are objective.

They’re things that are actually true.
Things anyone could agree on.
Things you could prove.

The story is your interpretation.

It’s what you make the facts mean.

And so often, that’s where the suffering comes from.

Because a lot of times, it’s not just the circumstance itself creating your experience…

It’s your thoughts about it.

That’s why one of the most grounding questions you can ask yourself is:

Is this a fact… or is this a thought?

And also:

I’m feeling this way because of the thoughts I’m thinking.

That reminder alone can help you come back to center.

Example:

Your daughter says:
“You’re the worst mom.”

That may be the fact.

But then the story might sound like:
• “I’m failing.”
• “I’m a bad mom.”
• “She’s so disrespectful.”
• “I’m doing everything wrong.”

That’s the part to get curious about.

Because once you can separate the facts from the story,
you can calm the spiral and think more clearly.

Not fake positive.
Not forced.
Just more grounded.
More honest.
More helpful. 🤍

Save this for the next spiral.

One of the sneakiest thoughts that creates suffering in relationships is this:

“I wish this person was different.”

I wish he communicated better.
I wish my kids listened more.
I wish they offered to help more.
I wish they showed up differently.

And while those thoughts may feel valid…
staying there keeps you stuck in frustration, resentment, and disappointment.

Because when we argue with reality,
we create suffering.

But this doesn’t just apply to other people.

It also applies to you.

“I wish I was different.”

I wish I were more patient.
More disciplined.
Less emotional.
More organized.
More productive.
Less anxious.
More like her.

And if I’m being honest…
I do this too.
Especially the “I wish I were different” one.

I catch myself thinking it more than I’d like to admit.

And in those moments,
I have to remind myself that I am hurting the relationship I have with myself.

Because if your relationship with yourself is built on criticism, rejection, and “not enough”…

that will eventually spill into the other relationships in your life too.

Because the relationship you have with yourself
sets the tone for all the others.

This doesn’t mean settling.
It doesn’t mean you can’t want growth or change.

It means learning to see clearly,
stop fighting reality,
and decide how you want to respond to what is.

That’s where your power is. 🤍

Which one do you struggle with more:
wishing others were different
or
wishing you were different? 👇

Unpaid mom job title #847:
✨ Finder of Tiny Objects ✨

So much of motherhood is invisible.

No paycheck.
No awards.
No recognition for the hundreds of tiny things that keep everything and everyone going.

And that can make it really hard—especially for stay-at-home moms—to feel a sense of worth in a world that values what it can measure.

But unseen work is still valuable work.
And invisible doesn’t mean unimportant. 🤍

I decided to extend the deadline for The Mom-entum Method beta program 💛

Not because I want to drag it out…
but because I know how moms are.

We overthink.
We put ourselves last.
We tell ourselves we’ll “figure it out later.”

And meanwhile, we stay stuck in the same cycle of overwhelm, mental clutter, decision fatigue, and feeling like we’re always behind.

That’s exactly why I created this.

The Mom-entum Method is my condensed 8-week beta program designed to help moms create simple systems that actually support their real life.

Inside, we’ll work on:

✨ reducing overwhelm
✨ creating routines that stick
✨ building habits that feel realistic
✨ resetting when life gets messy
✨ regulating your emotions
✨ and becoming the version of you who actually follows through

By the end of these 8 weeks, you’ll have:

✔️ a weekly operating system for your home
✔️ more follow-through with your personal goals
✔️ more calm, clarity, and confidence in your everyday life

If you’ve been thinking about joining, this is your chance.

I’m extending enrollment for a little longer — but only for a limited time.

Head on over to TanyaValentinecoaching.com/beta to sign up 💛
