Kids In Disability Sports, Inc. Since 1995, K.I.D.S. provides sports, recreational and therapeutic programs for individuals with disabilities. K.I.D.S. programs and events.

programs provide individuals with special needs the opportunity to get involved, learn new skills and develop long-term, meaningful relationships. These programs promote healthier lifestyles and encourage people to compete to the best of their individual abilities. Some of the additional benefits that K.I.D.S. members experience include greater self-esteem and confidence, gained friendships and the value of new experiences. believes that social integration in leisure and recreational environments leads to increased independence and a greater quality of life for all participants. is directed and completely staffed by volunteers. Parents, family, friends and community members come together to coach, organize and support all of the K.I.D.S.

Congratulations to our good friend and Lowell Firefighter, Corey Nadeau who was awarded a Citation for Meritorious Conduct from Governor Maura Healey.

Corey, along with three other Lowell firefighters were recognized for their actions during a March 2025 Central Street fire, where their quick thinking, rapid action, and teamwork led to the rescue and resuscitation of an unconscious woman found inside and ultimately saving her life.

Thank you for your friendship, service, courage and commitment to protecting the community🔥🚒❤️
