My dear clients,

I want to thank you all so much for your continued trust and support. It is such an honor to serve you in support of your wellness, mind, body and spirit ✨

To keep up with rising costs of insurance, heating etc. and costs of required further education so I can serve you better, I will be adjusting my rates starting March 1st, 2025. This will include all services, massage craniosacral therapy, reiki, and naturopathy.

New Rates:
• 60 minutes: $80
• 90 minutes: $120
• 120 minutes: $160

If this price increase presents a challenge for any of my current clients, please reach out—I’m happy to work something out so that you can continue receiving care 💕

Hello dear ones! ✨

I have a favor to ask!

It can be difficult to explain exactly what you might experience in one of my bodywork sessions, specifically craniosacral therapy and reiki.

My practice of combining multiple modalities with intuitive meditations / affirmations etc. is unique (as is the practice of everyone in this field), & I’d be so appreciative of any testimonials you may be willing to share if you have received these services from me to help explain to new & potential clients.

Dear Valued Communtiy Members,

We’re reaching out from EarthWise Farm and Wellness, a small family owned pig farm (and wellness practice ) here in Lowell, MI.

We are inviting you to join us on a mission and, really a dream, of regenerating the earth, and nourishing our community.

Our goal is to produce delicious, nutrient dense pork to serve your family and ours, while promoting ecological harmony, balance and reciprocity, animals raised in love and kindness, eating whole, healthy foods, living with lots of space to roam and enjoy their lives, while fostering community connection and wellbeing.

To achieve this vision, we are seeking support. We are calling all local restaurants, foodies, produce farms, gardeners, grocery stores, school kitchens, and environmentally conscious individuals to donate unwanted compost that might normally go to waste in a landfill to the pigs at our farm.

Our pigs would love to help recycle your fruit and veggie scraps, any produce you will not be selling for human consumption, grains, like breads, pastas, tortilla shells, cheese scraps, nuts, seeds, etc.!

Your contribution will greatly impact our sustainable farming practices, that provide healthy food for our families and community now, and for future generations to come.

By donating your compost, it helps us to keep their feed local, cutting down on emissions caused by shipping food, keeps farms like us able to not buy from large feed companies using GMO corn and other unhealthy filler, supports our pigs nutritious diets, ensuring they thrive and one day can deeply nourish the people they feed.

We can provide compost containers and arrange pick up times to suit your schedules, and have a designated drop off site that you can visit at your convenience, we are happy to come harvest overabundant fields, or crops that are a little past their prime.

Regular compost donations also receive discounts on pork orders! Thank you for considering our request.

Together we can create a more compassionate, sustainable food system, nourishing our community and loved ones one slice of bacon at a time!

Our hogs are an old heritage breed, that’s slower growing & a higher standard of meat than most farms have because, rather than quantity, quality is the most important to us here 🙌

We believe you are what you eat & raise meat so we know it’s being fed well, loved, has space to roam & be happy.

We do this so we know those things will one day be returned to our bodies & the bodies of our children & community 🙏🏼

February means love is in the air 💕 (I mean, hopefully it is all the time 🤪, but there’s a special day to celebrate it in February 🥰)
