§ Pain management - we use a holistic approach to pain management. Our program works. We utilize: diet changes, relaxation (meditation, muscle relaxation activities, etc), activity pacing & scheduling, guided imagery, distraction strategies, coping skills, ionic detox, cognitive restructuring (changing negative thought patterns), problem solving, and goal setting.

Individual therapy pricing varies and is due in cash at each appointment. We do not bill insurance for individual counseling because we don't believe you are a diagnosis or label or that the insurance company should have access to your confidential mental health records. Vocational Rehabilitation Services or medical case management service referred by a attorney’s office or insurance company company will be invoiced regularly, terms Net 15. Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Services Details
LTT provides professional vocational services throughout the State of Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula. We are a State of Michigan approved Vocational Rehabilitation vendor.
· Independent Vocational Evaluation
o The Independent Vocational Evaluation (IVE) and subsequent report is a comprehensive assessment tool designed to help evaluate an individuals employability and wage earning capacity.
· Employability and Occupational Earning Capacity Analysis
o Independent evaluations provide the most objective findings to an individual’s employability and maximum wage earning capacity given his or her present qualifications, training, and work restrictions.
· Consultation and Occupational Research
o Experienced vocational experts are available for defense or plaintiff consultation regarding third-party liability claims, disputed claims, or mediation.
· Job Analyses
o On-site workplace job analyses providing video footage and in-depth written reports for physician review. Also useful for positions where injuries continue to occur.
· Ergonomic Assessments
o Our Ergonomic Assessment program is designed for office and at-home based employees.
· Temporary Transitional Employment
o This involves placing an injured worker into a temporary work environment helping them to learn new job skills, regain self-confidence, and obtain current work/volunteer references. The goal is to return the injured worker to permanent employment at a wage greater than what would be available without the new skills sets. This service is most effective when the injured worker has limited skills, education, and work experience or has limited opportunities within their geographical area. This involves utilizing private and non-profit organizations.
· Early Intervention
o Focused on returning the individual to work with the employer of injury. A professional on-site job analysis may make it possible for injured workers to re-enter the workplace much earlier than originally expected. Customers who reported not having modified duty found that these jobs were possible and used this information on subsequent claims resulting in untold savings and employee benefits.
· Job Coaching
o On-site workplace job coaching mainly utilized for individuals with TBI and severe disabilities.
