The Lowell Town Council will be temporarily closing the North and South Municipal Parking Lots this Thursday and Friday so they can be crack sealed and restriped. The North Lot will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 11. The South Lot will be completed over a period of two days. The east side of the South Lot will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 11. The west side of the South Lot will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on Friday, September12. This work is weather dependent. We appreciate your patience during this time and ask you to be considerate of our contractors.

Road Closure:
The far west end of the intersection of West 181st Avenue (Route 2) and Wicker Ave (Route 41) will be closed starting on Monday, August 18, 2025, for sewer/water line installation.
The contractor expects to restore access to that road each evening; however, it appears that it will be inaccessible from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day until Friday, September 5, 2025.
This construction has the potential to create delays. Please plan accordingly.

OUR PARKING LOT IS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE FUNERAL HOME AND EXTENDS EAST TO CASTLE STREET. YOU MAY ALSO USE THE CHURCH LOT, THE LOT TO THE NORTH OF STATE FARM AND A PORTION OF CHASE BANK’S LOT.
EXCESS PARKING, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, MAY ALSO USE THE REMAINDER OF CHASE AND STATE FARM LOTS. PLEASE LEAVE SPACE FOR THE BANK AND STATE FARM TO CONDUCT BUSINEES DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND BE KIND TO OUR NEIGHBORS BY AVOIDING BLOCKING DRIVEWAYS OR GARAGES.
WE ALSO ASK THAT YOU ARE BRIEF WHEN PAYING YOUR RESPECTS SO THAT WE MAY ACCOMMODATE ALL OF THE KISZENIA’S FRIENDS.

🎉🪑 Get Ready for a New Tradition! 🪑🎉

We LOVE our Labor Day Parade traditions candy flying, sirens blaring, and of course… the famous early-bird chair lineups 😅

BUT this year, we’re rolling out a new twist on the old routine...

🚧 For the safety of our community (especially the little ones), we’re putting up barricades before the big day!
That means: No chairs along the route until PARADE MORNING!
Reason being... The barricades need to be on the side of the road where your chairs normally sit.

Let’s make "Parade Day Chair Placement" the newest Lowell tradition! Wake up, grab your favorite spot, wave to your neighbors, and kick off the fun together 🎈

Join us on May 17th at the American Legion for a homemade chicken and noodle dinner. Doors open at 5 and we will serve until 8. The dinner includes salad, rolls, and dessert. Tickets may be purchased at the door. We will have a 50/50 and a basket raffle.

Every purchase is shipped directly to the customer's door. We strive to get everything out the day the order comes in, if not the next day.

We have also attached a fundraising flyer that has a QR code attached if you want to print any off to hand out or hang around town. The QR code will bring customers directly to the store front as well.

We are actively working on raising funds for the new roof for the Chamber of Commerce. Every little bit helps us get closer to our goal! Watch for our 1st newsletter of 2025 to be coming out soon with all the exciting things we have going on to help us achieve our goal & the goal of supporting our community & Chamber members.
