I love this quote and its temporal distinctions. "It's never too late" -> there is always time. (future); "to be" (present); "...what you might have been." What you, in the past, thought you would be in the future. (past)

✨Ho'Oponopono✨

What a strange word! ㋡

First off. You probably recognize that it is Hawaiian. Yes! 💯

And it's weird to pronounce. 🔊

Let's start with that - "Hoe-Oh Po no Po no"🗣

What it means - Ho'O means 'to make'. Pono means right like 'right with the world'

🌝I define it as - 'To make right with me and others around me'.
In Hawaiian terms, Ho'oponopono is a process of forgiveness. 🌝

✓ When there is something going on between two parties, you want to make it right - get rid of anger or resentment and forgive each other.

✓ Ho'Oponopono is also something related to the Law of Attraction. It is seen as a four phrase prayer created by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len from what he learned from Morrnah Simeona, the actual creator of modern day Ho'Oponopono.

🙏The 4 phrase prayer is:

🔆I'm Sorry
🔆Please Forgive Me
🔆I Love You
🔆Thank You

These are said in any order. It is a clearing prayer to clear anything within you that is negative or disempowering.

LOA uses it because it clears all self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and negativity around what you want to manifest!

I find my self saying these phrases all day long when I find negativity within me. I find myself using the last two phrases (Thank you and I love you) all day long when I am grateful for any little thing.

I have talked about and written about labels before. They always seem to be a double-edged sword.

There are two new(ish) labels in the stratosphere of mental health - Neurodiverse and Neurotypical. The whole realm of neurodiversity carries the essence of the term diversity. - The many differences that we have as people. Diversity is important in society - Diversity in race, creed, gender, sexual preference, and so on. Diversity exists already in most societies, but it is important to acknowledge it and understand it.
