Heartland Wellness Center

Heartland Wellness Center A holistic approach to complete healing for you and your family: mind, body and spirit.

We are a unique blend of qualified professionals who have come together to answer one primary question. Can we provide an environment where the most difficult of clients can embrace an authentic connection to a recovery path that is unique to them? With a background of intervening on the recovery resistant we have gathered a team of professionals who believe that even the most defiant can recover

when exposed to recovery in a way that they can connect with. By offering multiple paths of recovery, intense clinical counseling, and family integration within an intentionally difficult recovery program, our focus is not simply physical recovery, but emotional, spiritual, and cognitive balance. Hidden away where you would least expect it we have designed a place where the average person can get an above average experience.

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, Heartland extends our deepest gratitude to those who served and gave their lives in protection of others. We also hold space for the families, friends, and loved ones carrying their memory forward.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. ❤️🤍

Change is scary… but so is staying the same.

Growth often begins the moment we decide we deserve more than comfort, fear, or familiarity. Healing, recovery, and transformation don’t happen without change — and sometimes the hardest step is simply choosing to begin. 🌱

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Mental health matters every day, for every person. This month serves as a reminder that healing is not linear, asking for help is a strength, and no one should have to struggle alone.

At Heartland Wellness Center, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can access compassionate mental health and substance use treatment without judgment.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed — support is available, and hope is real.

Let’s continue to break stigma, encourage conversations, and remind one another that it’s okay to not be okay.

Healing doesn’t always look like “getting over it.”
Sometimes it looks like growing through it. 🌿
Growth can be uncomfortable, messy, emotional, and slow, but that doesn’t mean you’re moving backwards. Every small step toward healing matters.

At Heartland, we believe support, connection, and compassionate care can help you move through even the hardest seasons. 💛

Anxiety isn’t “just stress.” It’s your mind and body trying to protect you—sometimes a little too loudly. 🤍

You might notice racing thoughts, a tight chest, restlessness, or feeling overwhelmed. The good news? There are ways to gently bring yourself back to center.

✨ Try this:
• Take slow, deep breaths
• Move your body—walk, stretch, shake it out
• Challenge anxious thoughts with facts, not fears
• Reach out—you're not meant to do this alone

You are not alone. 💛
