We’ve recently received a high volume of calls from patients looking to reestablish care with Amber at our new location. As many of you know, Amber is currently the only provider in the office, and we are seeing a significantly higher number of new patients each day than most offices in an effort to meet the needs of our community. We also carefully triage appointments based on urgency and medical necessity to ensure patients receive timely care.
Even if you have been seen by her in the past at her previous location, all patients must reestablish care as new patients at Lowell Premier and we are currently maintaining a waitlist. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, and please know that we are reviewing the list daily and doing everything we can to accommodate as many patients as possible. We also must remain mindful of the needs of our current patients, as their needs must be addressed first as they are current patients of ours. When cancellations arise, we do our best to reach out and offer those openings to those on the waiting list.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. It’s also important to acknowledge that the shortage of accessible healthcare facilities in our area continues to impact many individuals and families seeking primary care, and we share in that concern.
