In today’s cooking class for the blind and visually impaired here at LAB, our Adult Program tested out a couple of tools for cutting food and measuring liquids. They used these tools to make this weeks delicious meal, a ham and cheese quiche as well as a mushroom, spinach and cheese quiche!
We have some more Thanksgiving videos for you! We have so much to be thankful for, but we are especially thankful for the LAB community and all the wonderful people who are a part of it! And thank you so much again to Princeton Station for hosting us!

Elizabeth Cannon, LAB Executive Director
Anyone who knows LAB knows Elizabeth, but we wanted to make sure everyone gets the pleasure of hearing from her today! Our Executive Director leads us with so much intelligence, grace, and compassion and we are so lucky to have worked with her for the past 23 years!
As she mentioned, we would love to have more volunteer readers for the radio! If that interests you or you want to get in contact with us for any reason, please contact us at:

LAB wanted to introduce everyone to our very own Maryanne! We are so thankful that we get to work every day with a person that brings so much happiness wherever she goes! Our Client Assistant Program coordinator helps people in our community learn how to use any assistive technology they may need. We want to thank her for sharing with us as well as sharing with us every day as she helps us here at LAB!

Meet Earl, our Jobs Coordinator here at LAB! We're so lucky that he makes time for LAB with his busy schedule as a student and foster parent! He took the time to tell us about himself and how he uses technology, like CCTV and Zoomtext, to do his job.

The Youth and Senior Youth Programs had a special opportunity to participate in a NOAA funded whale project. They had the opportunity to meet professional musicians, artists, and a marine biologist who specifies in humpback whales. The youth were able to create melodies to represent different whale feeding behaviors. They had a blast! 🐳
Here is some highlights from ice skating! We all learned that skating is harder then they make it look on tv! We still had lots of fun.
Here is a video of our day at Animal Adventure Park! We had a great time!
