First, I'll send you my intake form electronically, where you will provide me with your typical dietary intake, a two day food log, medical history, recent labs, medications and supplements you are taking and most important.... YOUR GOALS!

I review this before your appointment - and I work on a plan for you before I even see you.

At your appointment, I'll ask any additional questions I have, then we will review your recommendations, which includes: personalized nutrition plan, physical activity, supplement and lifestyle recommendations - based on... YOUR GOALS!

The Healthy Holiday Baking Series has been added to the classes booking site! Reserve your spot! You will go home with a full (family - style) dessert each time. Planned thoughtfully around the holiday season so you can take to a holiday party or share with your family.

Healthy Holiday Baking Series features a new healthy dessert each class, led by Certified Nutrition Specialist, Megan Dolhof. Megan is dedicated to providing the best quality (local when possible) ingredients for the most nutrient dense dish. During the baking time, Megan will provide nutrition education for the group.
