Maternal child; Home Visiting Program; Immunizations for Children and Adults; Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention; Dental Health; Communicable Disease Control; Rabies Prevention; HIV Counseling and Testing; West Nile Virus & Lyme Disease Prevention; Tobacco Cessation Programs; Child Passenger Safety Seat Program; Health Education; Chronic Disease Education; Emergency Preparedness and Response; Diabetes Counseling; Monthly Diabetes Support Group; and Child Health Consultant

2. Children with Special Needs (Child Find, Early Intervention, Preschool Special Education, Physically Handicapped Children's Program):
Children with Special Care Needs Programs assist children from birth to age 21 to reach toward and achieve developmental and educational goals.
