During the most wonderful time of the year your pets safety is our top concern; below we have listed some holiday hazards! 🎄🕎🎁
🍗This time of year includes some of the best foods, but not all are safe for our furry friends!
Not Safe: Alcohol, Chocolate, Grapes, Raisins, Garlic, Onions and Xylitol. (Sorry, no fruitcake for Fluffy!)
We also recommend keeping anything fatty or spicy away too!
🎄Everyone loves the festive holiday plants, but some aren’t safe for our pets!
Mistletoe, Holly, Poinsettias, Amaryllis and Lilies; should be kept out of reach!
✨Tree Tips! ✨
Even the Christmas tree can be dangerous! Be sure to keep the tree secured, so there is no chance of it falling over onto any nearby pets. Make sure the tree water is covered or inaccessible to curious pets it could be toxic!
🕯️Everybody loves to decorate for the holidays, but some of our favorite decor can be dangerous!
Be sure to not leave any candles unattended; curious paws or wagging tails can knock them over! Tinsel, garland, bows and ribbon should be kept out of reach! Even snowglobes can be very toxic or dangerous if knocked over!
⚡️ Please keep all electrical wires, extension cords and batteries away from pets!
🎁 Be cautious of wrapped gifts, do not leave any food or candy on the ground! (while we can’t see it, pets can smell it!)
