Today, our Loxley Drugs family is mourning the loss of a very special little girl — Annakate Lores.

Annakate, the granddaughter of our store’s former owner and daughter of Amanda Barnhill Lores, has passed away after bravely battling a rare blood disorder.

Though her time on this earth was short, her impact was deep. Annakate’s bright smile, joyful spirit, and sweet nature brought light to everyone who knew her.

Please join us in lifting the Lores/Barnhill family up in love and prayer during this heartbreaking time. As a small-town store rooted in family and faith, we feel this loss deeply and share in their sorrow.

Oh, sweet Annakate. You are so loved. 💜
