If anyone was curious how my vacation went, here’s the notification I received yesterday of my average screen time last week 😌 It was wonderful to unplug and relax.

It was wonderful having Amanda surprise us on Tuesday for class!! She founded Harlan Yoga, and I am still so honored to follow in her footsteps. The women pictured here have practiced yoga together for many years.

Amanda is teaching yoga in Knoxville these days, so if you’re in the Knoxville area you should definitely check out one of her classes!
