Meet Carrie Culpepper, RN, FNP-C, MBA, chief nursing and quality officer for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Managed Care! Carrie shares what inspired her to join the Managed Care team, and brings awareness to the unique role they play in furthering #TTUHSC's mission to care for the community by providing high quality, comprehensive health care services to the incarcerated at correctional facilities across the state.
Meet Vadivel Ganapathy, Chair of the Department of Cell Biology and Biochemistry at TTUHSC

Vadivel Ganapathy, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Department of Cell Biology and Biochemistry in the TTUHSC School of Medicine, has attained national and international distinction for his outstanding research and scholarly activities, including being recognized as one of the world's most cited researchers in history by Google Scholar. In addition to his prolific research career, Dr. Ganapathy is well recognized as an outstanding teacher and mentor – a role he truly loves.

Meet Deshun Avery, Senior Advocate in the Office of People and Values at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Deshun has witnessed transformational growth across #TTUHSC during his 15-year career, including the start of our values journey in 2018, and is now an integral part of our People & Values team. Throughout his career journey, one thing has remained constant: his passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
