So, you’re wondering with treatment route you should go with? 🤔

Dry needling is more invasive and better at reaching deep muscular and joint pain. Dry needling increases blood and oxygen to the body and enhances relaxation properties in the body for pain and tension release. 

Cupping is beneficial for providing quick and high volume of blood to the surface for tension relief, mobility improvement, and inflammation reduction. 

Scraping is beneficial for muscle and tendon fiber alignment and when inflammation is high. Scraping digs deep into the muscle fibers and aggressively forces the muscle to stretch.
