It’s a blessing to be part of something positive that encourages people to use their skills, grow through challenges, and see their potential in a different way. Every time we wrap up our talks, we end with our cadence, and it hits just as strong every time.

Proud of this young man and the progress he’s making. One of the biggest lessons we work on daily is simple but powerful: find a way to be happy, no matter what life throws at you.

Through everything he’s been through, he’s choosing growth… and that matters.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor a young man who has truly put in the work. Watching his growth has been powerful, from where he started to now working, providing, and taking care of his family.

This is what Rejuvenated Life Coaching is all about. Growth, accountability, and stepping into responsibility as a man.

Growth requires accountability. We can’t expect better behavior from our teens if there are no real consequences tied to their actions. Discipline isn’t about punishment, it’s about teaching responsibility, structure, and respect. When expectations are clear and consequences are consistent, that’s when real change begins. Take those phones away, restrict them from the internet, give them extra chores or whatever makes them uncomfortable.

Today was one of those moments that reminded me why I do what I do. 🙌🏽

I had the opportunity to treat these two incredible young men to dinner, and I couldn’t be more proud of them. Their growth, respect, and determination don’t go unnoticed. It’s bigger than a meal, it’s about showing them they’re seen, valued, and capable of so much more. Teresa Tijerina thank you and the staff at Ike’s the young men loved the food.

We’re excited to announce that we will be rolling out a Sponsorship Program designed to create real opportunities, real support, and real change for the youth and families we serve.

This is more than a program, it’s a chance to be part of someone’s journey toward a better life.

We had an amazing time at our Easter Egg Hunt this year! With over 1,000 Easter eggs spread out and a great turnout from the community, it was truly a day to remember.

Moments like this mean everything, being able to pour back into the same community that helped shape me, and now having the opportunity to serve and uplift it in a new way. 💛

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported, and helped make this event so special. This is what it’s all about, connection, growth, and creating positive experiences for our youth and families.

We’re just getting started… more to come! 🙌
