✨ Why I Do What I Do ✨
Some of my earliest memories are of my grandmother taking care of me when I was hurt—using massage, comfort, and care to help me heal. Those moments inspired my passion for helping others find relief, restoration, and peace through massage.

For over 16 years, I’ve been helping people not only with their physical pain, but also their emotional, mental, and even spiritual wellbeing—because our bodies carry more than just muscle tension.

I’ve trained in deep tissue, sports and medical massage, pregnancy care, scraping, cupping, trigger point therapy, KT taping, kinesiology, and trauma response. I’m currently continuing my education in myoskeletal alignment and nerve reeducation—all focused on helping you move and feel better.
