Often, when children express their emotions or share their experiences, they're not necessarily seeking solutions or advice right away. Instead, they're seeking empathy, validation, and acknowledgment from those they trust.

When a child shares their emotions or experiences, they're essentially inviting you into their world, wanting you to understand what they're going through and how they feel. By acknowledging their emotions and experiences, you're demonstrating that you're present, listening, and empathetic.

It's important to validate their feelings by expressing understanding and empathy before moving on to offering advice or solutions. This approach fosters a deeper connection and trust between you and your child, strengthening the parent-child relationship.

Remember, sometimes just being there to listen and support without trying to fix things right away can be incredibly powerful for your child's emotional well-being and the bond you share with them.

NOW BOOKING!! Sozohealthlbk.com The deliberate use of cold and heat exposure can improve metabolism, cardiovascular and brain health, balance hormones, and decrease inflammation. Certain protocols can improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity and trigger release of neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine which enhance energy, mood, and focus.

We book in 25 minute or 55 minute time slots which allow the use of one or both modalities. Studies show that 11 minutes of cold exposure per week, divided into short sessions, and 57 minutes of sauna use per week, in 10-15 minute sessions, are sufficient for positive changes like reduced blood sugar and improved cardiovascular health.
