Thank you all for your kind words regarding the loss of my Dad. As you all can imagine,I never expected to lose both my Mom and my Dad just 2 months apart.

My current plan is to return to the office the week of May 15th. I still have several clients to reach out to about next weekend,so please be patient as I am working to send out those messages.

I ask for Grace and understanding,as I navigate this very difficult time in my life. If I do not feel that I can show up 100% for our appointment I will kindly ask to reschedule.

Hi friends! At this time I am going to be pausing NEW Deep Tissue requests. This is in an effort to ensure that I am showing up 100% for you. I am entering my 13th year of massaging,and with that comes the task of listening to my body,just like I tell you all to listen to yours!

Established clients will see that when you go to book,there will be an established client Deep Tissue option.

What does this mean? I will still accept ALL Swedish requests. And rest assured that Swedish doesn’t only refer to light pressure. Swedish encompasses light to firm pressure with concentration on focus areas.

Me when I realized this week was the busiest week to date at the office!

For years my clients asked why I didn’t branch out on my own,and the simple answer was…I was scared. But you all have kept me consistently busy in the 2 short months since I’ve opened,and I am so incredibly grateful. For those of you I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet,I thought I should introduce myself!

Hi 👋🏻 My name is Heather and I was born and raised right here in Lubbock. A fun fact about me is that I was born in the front seat of the car AND my Dad delivered me (which landed me on the front page of the Lubbock AJ back in 1989!) I have a wonderful husband and 2 spoiled doggos who run our lives. I’m also a proud Disney adult,and try to visit the parks as often as I can!

I graduated from Oceans Massage Therapy School in 2009 and have been Licensed for almost 13 years. I worked for a local clinic for 12 years and recently decided to open my own office. I specialize in relieving anxiety,stress and all types of pain whether chronic or acute. I'm also very skilled in trigger point and headache/migraine relief therapy.
My table always has been and always will be a safe and welcoming space. Whether you've had a million massages or none, all are welcome! 💆🏻‍♀️💜
