It’s been a whole month since our resident alien 👽 moved away. 🥺

If you’ve had the pleasure of knowing Dori (which is a lot of people 😆), you know how delightful she is. Her humor, her heart, and her genuine support for the Lubbock community have been felt over the last 8 years.

We’re so lucky you called Tribute home! Thank you for everything and everyone you brought into our yoga family.

Sending you so much love as you begin your new chapter in Galveston! They better know how lucky they are to have you 😜

The second pic is from our grand opening 4 years ago! None of us had any idea back then how much this studio would mean to so many people. It’s more than a yoga studio.. you’ve built a home for so many hearts to land, grow, and remember how capable and powerful they are.

We are forever grateful for your leadership, your light, and the love you pour into this community!

✨NEW TEACHER✨

We are excited to introduce you to Jessica Cano, our new yoga teacher!

“Yoga is for everyBODY, and my journey has shown me how transformative the practice can be.

Over the years, I’ve enjoyed learning and practicing Ashtanga, Rocket, Power, and Flow Vinyasa, and I completed my 200-hour YTT with Master Instructor Eon Swiegers.

Yoga has given me strength, healing, and joy, and I love sharing that with others.

In my classes, my goal is for students to have fun, feel challenged, and discover something new to bring into their own practice.

I strive to create a supportive space that encourages connection with ourselves and with each other so that students leave feeling balanced, uplifted, and inspired.

Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, meditation, taking long walks and getting lost in a good book.”

The Equinox is nature’s sacred pause- a time where light and dark find balance.

This Sunday at 3pm, we’ll gather in community for 108 Sun Salutations- a moving meditation of endurance, presence, and renewal led by .jane .

The best way to reset your system is to show up, breathe deep, and move until you remember how powerful you are!

On the Equinox, where day and night share equal ground, we honor the cycle of light and shadow within ourselves. Breath by breath, salute by salute, we’ll release what’s ready to fall away and open to the grounding energy of the season ahead. 🍁✨

Why 108? In yogic tradition, it’s a sacred number of completion. To move through 108 salutations is to move through a complete cycle of transformation. Each round an offering- to shed, to strengthen, to balance.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about devotion. 🌞🙏

We’re teaming up with again to bring adoptable pups to the studio for a playful yoga flow.
