To the clients that have allowed me to rearrange your appointments due to my dad’s health, thank you. It means the world to me.

That being said, please be patient with as I find the time to respond to your messages, calls and emails with your questions and scheduling requests. I need some time to be with my mom and dad but I WILL get back to you as soon as possible.

As always, you can go straight to my booking site (listed in bio) to book your appointments. All other inquiries will be responded to when I can.

‼️Clients‼️

I sent an email out this morning to all current clients with information about upcoming price changes. These changes won’t take effect until January 1st but I wanted to give you plenty of notice.

This is something I have been fighting with myself over for the past year and a half or so. I assure you that your best interest is always at the forefront of my mind. I spent the past year asking colleagues/mentors for advice and looking at the market for my services in our area and finally came to this conclusion.

It’s been a sad week for my family.

We said goodbye for now to our PaPa today. Bill Armstrong was one of a kind and is missed terribly.

I wanted to thank my clients for showing grace and condolences during this time and allowing me to reschedule those of you who had appointments affected by my absence. ❤️

It’s been a while since I’ve used Red Light Therapy with a client. And today, my friend requested to use it for her session.

Not only does using Red Light Therapy provide a relaxing warmth, but it also provides you with many more benefits such as :
