Health Warning: Texas Department of State Health Services warns of serious illness linked to 7-hydroxymitragynin (7-OH), a chemical found in kratom that acts like an opioid. DSHS advises avoiding products that contain 7-OH.

⭐Here are a few tips to practice better body positivity for yourself⭐

🔹Post positive affirmations on something you will see everyday! For example, on your mirror to see when you wake up and go to bed, or on a sticky note posted at you desk.

🔹Move for joy! Not just for appearance! The mind can take you on a rollercoaster of emotions especially when you are trying to change your mindset from seeing or noticing the negative and switching it to kindness for yourself and giving yourself grace!

🔹Surround yourself with positivity! No one likes to admit that almost all of us have had one or a few negative thoughts about our body! That's okay because you have other people you can relate to and talk through how your feeling and thinking and find ways to change them!

🔹Daily Gratitude for your body! Your body keeps you going all day! Those legs keep you walking! Those arms lift, hold, and open so many things! Your face and your smile lights up a room! Be appreciative for what your body does for you! stuff we might take for granted every day but sometimes those little things helps us get through those moments.
