🚨URGENT! Federal Ban on H**p Products?🚨
Dear valued customer,
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say thank you for choosing either CBD Plus USA, Anchored Cannabis Co., Turnt Up, or Colorado Cures. Without you, we would not be who we are today. Sadly, if we don't band together and act now, a new piece of federal legislation will take all of this away—the vast majority of all h**p products from all brands would become illegal, across the entire United States.
What Happened?
Last week, an amendment to the federal Farm Bill was proposed by Rep. Mary Miller (R-Illinois), and that amendment would destroy the entire h**p industry in EVERY STATE across the country.
The Mary Miller Amendment would make ALL h**p products containing ANY AMOUNT of THC, THCA, Delta 8, etc., FEDERALLY ILLEGAL.
This amendment has already passed the House Agriculture Committee and has been accepted as an amendment to the Farm Bill. It is not yet law, but if we do not all band together to fight this, the entire h**p industry will cease to exist in the way it currently does. It would also block consumers like you from having legal access to the products you want or need—if this amendment passes, for example, someone's grandma who is in possession of a full spectrum CBD tincture would now be a criminal.
How Do We Keep H**p Legal?
The best thing you can do is flood your congresspeople with calls and emails, telling them exactly how you feel about the "Mary Miller Amendment to the Farm Bill." At this point, public opposition is the only way we have a chance at getting through to them before they destroy everything.
