I am officially an EMDR trained therapist!!

EMDR is a powerful form of therapy that helps clients to both reprocess, and heal from traumatic experiences through the use of bilateral stimulation, along with therapeutic guidance. I look forward to utilizing EMDR with my clients to help them overcome emotional distress in their lives.
