We made history by “winning” the inaugural JWE tournament in the 14U division (we are a 13U team). The tournament turned into a showcase so now hardware was given but we went 3-0 on the day. It was a good weekend of basketball!

Went 1-1 on the day. 1 loss to a much taller circuit team followed by a big win. And out of the 112 teams, we made it to the Gold Bracket.

The Franchise 2030 boys won the Championship in the 1-Day Tournament in the 7th/8th Grade Boys Division.

Every single game each player contributes to our success. They find success in their teammates success (Ubuntu - “I am because we are”) and that turns into Ws. It’s a beautiful thing. It’s right. We are Blessed.

Happy 13th Birthday to one of our newest members of The Franchise, Coy Hext! He’s a PF with a great motor and ready to take that next step. We are excited that he is apart of the family.

We look forward to celebrating his birthday this weekend in Dallas at our tournament.

TOURNAMENT MVP: DAVIN FRANCO

Davin is an offensive force. He drew double teams in most of the games opening up opportunities for his teammates while still scoring 15+ each game. He also has an insane vertical so he is a rebounding force. Davin also usually wants the toughest defensive assignment so he can challenge himself by trying to lock up the other team’s best player. Keep an eye out for him.

Jaxon brought a lot of energy to the game scoring 8 of the first 10 points for the team and caught fire from the 3 point line in the 2nd half.
