****Effective April 26th, 2024 Dr. Victor Chavez is retiring!****
Per Dr. Chavez "I want to thank everyone for their loyalty and patronage throughout 41 years of practice. The clinic will continue under the new ownership of Dr. Chris Shanklin. Jim Rosson FNP-C will continue to see his patients, as well as Dr. Chavez's patients at the same location. For those patients who want to find a new P*P please have them request your medical records and we will be happy to send them. The new name of the clinic will be Lubbock Primary Care University. All insurances will be accepted except for Medicaid. Thank you for your friendship and smiling faces, which I will never forget!"
