When one month ends, you know another month of bootcamp sign ups are about to begin!! You wanna know what October is a GREAT month to try something new?? Not sure when it’s actually National Sons day, but I’ll take any chance to celebrate these two!! They are my absolute fav boys and have made being a “boy mom” a freaking dream. I love cheering them on in anything they do and can’t believe I’m lucky enough to be their mom. So thankful God gave them to me and I get to be a small part of them becoming men of God! Love you boys!!

Now that we’ve got the first month of school behind us, we are officially in a rhythm!! If you are looking for a rhythm - especially with your fitness, we would LOVE to have you!! 5am class is full, however there are still 3 spots left in the 6am, and if you are rushed for time and need to workout from home, we’ve got a spot for you too!!
