Helping women in ministry & corporations transform their health with natural solutions via my workplace wellness trainings for better sleep, mood, hormones & energy. She has served God in ministry for over 15 years by teaching Bible classes and serving the singles ministry, single mother’s ministry, elderly, youth, community, and traveling to Central America for mission work. She quit her job at a

home for abused children to dedicate 2.5 years of her life in ministry training. Managing all of the resources God puts into my possession – spiritual, physical, emotional, and financial.

Women’s gatherings are shifting for the good
+
At a recent networking event with 40+ amazing women, I noticed something powerful:
+
A large percentage chose water over alcohol — a refreshing shift from what used to be the norm at social and corporate gatherings.
+
This is more than a simple shift.
+
It reflects a deeper stewardship among women: prioritizing health, energy, and intentional living so we can fully walk in our God-given purpose.
+
Many of these women shared how they are caring for their bodies during their introductions - boxing, cardio, etc.
+
I chose my favorite nutritional antioxidant drink — a blend of goji berries 🍒 (a powerful superfruit) and citrus 🍋🍊 essential oils — to support my energy, focus, and mental clarity.
+
When women prioritize wellness, they show up stronger for their families, ministries, and communities.

God blessed me to attend my first Young Living Convention in-person in Utah in July 2025!

It was exhilarating (and yes, lots and lots of walking!), but more than that, it was an opportunity to be surrounded by an incredible community of health-conscious people. Everyone I met — upline, crossline, and customers of all ages — was friendly, kind, and eager to share their passion for natural wellness.

This was more than a conference. It was personal and professional development, equipping me with new tools to serve my clients and expand the impact of my work.

Starting my morning with AM yoga is exactly what my mind, body, and soul needed.

✈️Traveling and days at convention - going to workshops, connecting with like-minded people who value their health, learning about new wellness products, hearing keynote speakers on wellness, and LOTS and LOTS of walking through the convention center can be exciting and exhausting. It is important to take care of your health when you are so active.

🎯Practicing yoga while overlooking the mountains of Utah at the Young Living Essential Oils Convention reminded me why I do what I do—helping others feel better with natural, holistic solutions.

🙏🏾Our instructors, two of the most impactful wellness instructors I have ever had, helped me feel better in this one yoga class.
