If you are a caregiver, comment CAREGIVER below, and I will pray for you.

Being a caregiver for my mom, I understand the blessings and challenges. This testimony is inspiring.

I drink this daily and give it to my mom - she likes the taste.

Caregiving takes love, prayer, and strength. You don't have to do it alone.

Stress and burnout show up quietly—often long before we recognize the signs.

Aromatherapy coupled with intentional deep breathing is one natural way to create small moments of calm during demanding days and support our nervous system.

How do you recognize when you are feeling stressed?

+ Who Were They?

Five Jewish sisters from the tribe of Manasseh, whose courage and understanding of the Jewish law brought a significant clarification in the Jewish inheritance law regarding women.

+ Biblical Background

God made laws for dividing the promised land of Canaan. Sons were to inherit their father’s property. Zelophehad did not have any sons. He had five daughters named Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

Ladies — do you or someone in your family carry bitterness or anger that impacts everyone around you?
+
Unresolved anger and bitterness are not just emotional - they impact our physical health.
+
Naomi in the Bible experienced profound loss - her husband and two sons died in a foreign land that they had traveled to because of a famine.
+
She became a widow.
+
She was so bitter that she asked people to call her “Mara,” which means bitter.
+
God blessed and restored Naomi as she continued to trust and hope in Him.
+
💡 Research shows how unresolved emotions impact the body:

✅ Chronic anger and bitterness raise stress hormones like cortisol, increasing blood pressure and weakening the immune system.

✅ Persistent negative emotions are linked to a higher risk of heart disease and can accelerate cellular aging.

✅ Emotional stress disrupts sleep, digestion, and mental clarity, directly impacting productivity and focus.

🙏🏾I understand how Satan relentlessly tries to harden the hearts and minds of God's children and fill our souls with bitterness.

🎯 In my wellness trainings/workshops, I help:

✅ Release emotional strongholds through Scripture and prayer

✅ Use aromatherapy to support emotional release

✅ Cultivate gratitude, trust, and faith in God for holistic health

Let Naomi’s story encourage you: letting go of bitterness isn’t just good for the soul—it’s good for the heart, mind, body, soul, home, community, and church.

Comment “RELEASE” if you’re ready to let go of bitterness and feel better today.
