I came to physical therapy and started my journey January 26. I was told in November that I needed a total knee replacement. When I came in for my first visit, I was in pain and could not do activities that I've been able to do previously. Trying to keep my house clean, enjoy my grandchildren, and just getting up from the chair hurt too bad. I was assessed by Aaron and he gave me exercises to do at home along with my physical therapy visits.

Jaron has been my therapist and he has given me a new lease and outlook on life. I am now able to do my daily household cleaning without pain. Now I can walk up and down stairs without being in pain. With Jaron's help I now have my self-confidence back. He gave me the option of working in building up my body to where I did not have to have the knee surgery - which I did not want to have. I truly believe that God sent me to Physical Therapy Associates. They worked miracles with me. I am so thankful for Jaron and his guidance and helping me to be a totally new person. Jaron is the best and I will highly recommend Physical Therapy Associates.

Liesl an amazing therapist and makes you feel right at home. She takes time to get to know you and always has a smile on her face. Liesl goes above and beyond every time. Last year I had my other knee done and Kaylee was equally amazing. All of the staff is top notch.
