I CANT BELIEVE IT YALL! My files have been recovered! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much to my sweet sister in law for referring mr jimmy! Hes definitely a miracle worker and VERY patient man! I think my gut has unknotted just a bit now! Lol

Well guys…super rough day today!! Work computer crashed! I’m trying to recover as much as possible at the moment. But I will need yalls help! PLEASE bring your gift certificates with you to your appointments! As of right now, I will not be able to look up any gift certificates sold in office since this last August. I’m going to still be working to try and piece together everything that has been lost, but there might be some mistakes so please have patience with me If you have any unused certificates, you can also text me and that could help fill in the holes too. Youre also welcome to rwachbout with any questions you might have Thank y’all and so sorry for any inconvenience going forward this may cause!

Super cool story time!! Just one more reason I love this job!
One of my amazing clients has been working very hard training and preparing for a fitness competition this weekend!! (Badass I know!) I saw her Friday for a myofascial/deep tissue combo. She wanted to focus on getting some muscle seperation/definition and improving symmetry. I saw her again today for a 30 min session to spot work the areas highlighted in order to even things up a bit more and allow her rib cage and shoulders to expand without restrictions. I can’t believe the visual results!! So cool!! First photo is from last Thursday before first session, second photo is from yesterday, and from tonight after spot session today. Can visually see the symmetry, the openness and improved range of motion, as well as the clean lines of her muscle boundaries without the fascial adhesions!! Just in case y’all needed something else to add to the long list of the benefits of massage!!
