Oh wow…this is horrific! Please understand that ChatGPT is not a replacement for human interaction, especially for therapy. Neither are the big box companies who encourage automatic texting for therapy services. Please always seek mental health treatment from licensed professionals who verbally interacts with you.

Are you organized, friendly, and eager to make a positive impact? Journeys Counseling Center, a thriving mental health clinic, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our compassionate team!

📆Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
✨Compensation: $13–$15/hour, with immediate PTO and sick time benefits
📍Location: Lubbock, TX

What You’ll Do:
•Be the welcoming voice for our clients, managing intake calls, emails, and scheduling appointments with the right therapist.
•Verify insurance benefits and answer client questions with care and professionalism.
•Draft client documents, correspondence, and maintain organized case files.
•Keep our operations running smoothly using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.

Who You Are:
•Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Excel, Word)
•A team player with a warm, professional demeanor.
•Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or call centers is a plus but not required. We’ll provide training!
