I got asked today why I chose this profession. Why did I choose to work with trauma? Its a common question that we get asked as therapists. One that ive never really loved to answer with more than "because i want to help people". While I don't like to disclose much of my personal story it has always been a belief of mine that some of us are built strong to help others become strong. Keep hanging in there and one day you can carry the bucket of water for someone else. ❤💪
