According to the American Herbalists Guild, the definition of an herb in regards to medicine is any plant or plant part used for its therapeutic value. Yet, many of the worlds herbal traditions also include mineral and animal substances as “herbal medicines”
Herbal Medicine is the art and science of using herbs for promoting health and preventing and treating illness. It has persisted as the world’s primary form medicine since the beginning of time, with a written history more than 5000 years old. While the use of herbs in America has been overshadowed by dependence on modern medications the last 100 years. 75% of the worlds population still rely primarily upon traditional healing practices, most of which is herbal medicine.
Sister’s Herbs was created with mindset of helping others. Utilizing herbal medicine and finding the root issues. We believe in balance. There is a time and place for all medicines. We believe that a balance can be found for yourself and your family. We offer a free personalized consultation to decide on what herbs will work best for your body.

We also teach what herbs are in conflict with modern medicine and how to take them properly. Sister’s Herbs carries a wide variety of bulk herbs, healing teas, healing blends in capsule form, Chinese herbs and patents, Ayurveda herbs and Young Living essential oils. We also carry spices, and teas from around the world. We have many options in our Children’s products. We carry many different forms of herbs for our children. Capsules, tinctures, essential oils and teas. We also offer a critter line for dogs and horses. We have specialized bath salts and special products made by local vendors. We will ship anywhere in the United States.
