This workshop is to guide you through massaging fascia tissue for pain relief, mobility, and relaxation!

Wendy Gale, CHC will address the importance of keeping fascia mobile and also tips on lymph flow. A gentle lymph massage for face and neck will be demonstrated, which can improve skin tone and texture helping to keep skin youthful!
