Please join us in welcoming Lori Gruber as our new Activity Director here at Avir of Lubbock!

Lori brings over three years of experience in senior living, where she has created meaningful, engaging programs that focus on connection, creativity, and enhancing quality of life for residents. She is passionate about building relationships, getting to know each resident’s unique story, and creating activities that bring joy, purpose, and a sense of belonging.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, where she was born and raised, Lori moved to Lubbock a little over a year ago and is excited to be part of this community.

Throughout her career, Lori has worked closely with residents, families, and team members to develop engaging calendars, plan special events, and create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

Lori is especially excited to bring fresh ideas and energy to our community and looks forward to getting to know each resident and family.

When she’s not working, Lori enjoys traveling and spending time making memories with her husband, David.
