What is clinical massage?
Clinical massage therapy is a result-focused treatment designed to address chronic pain, muscle tension, postural imbalances, and movement dysfunction.
Each session is customized to target specific problem areas using a combination of advanced therapeutic techniques with deep tissue massage, including, but not limited to - trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, and myofascial release.
💫 With hours of intense & advance training, I am certified to provide the following services.
➡️Deep tissue massage helps release chronic muscle tension and improve mobility by working into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue does not always mean hard pressure!
➡️Trigger point therapy focuses on relieving tight knots and referral pain patterns that contribute to discomfort and restricted movement.
➡️Myofascial release is used to reduce fascial restrictions, improve flexibility, and restore natural movement throughout the body.
➡️Cupping therapy helps increase circulation, decrease muscle tightness, and support recovery. 💪
➡️Advanced Shoulder & Hip Dysfunction, Special focus is placed on correcting shoulder and hip dysfunction, improving range of motion, reducing pain, and restoring balance within the body.
Clinical massage can benefit clients experiencing postural strain, repetitive stress injuries, limited mobility, headaches, lower back pain, sciatica, shoulder tension, hip tightness, and athletic recovery needs.
EACH TREATMENT IS TAILORED to support pain relief, functional movement, recovery, and overall musculoskeletal health.
