THE VENUE:
The McPherson family has a rich history of wine making in West Texas spanning 40 years. Kim McPherson renovated the historic 1930’s era Coca Cola bottling plant in downtown Lubbock into a winery and McPherson Cellars opened in the fall of 2008. It is one of the most beautiful, modern and efficient wine facilities in Texas.
