Whether we spend all day at a desk, what feels like all day in our commute, or too much time scrolling and swiping through our ๐ฑ(๐ฃ๐ค ๐๐ช๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ), ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ง.
