Poor sleep is linked to a variety of serious health issues, including:
🚨 Heart disease
🚨 Weakened immune function

✨ Sleep is just as important as diet and exercise when it comes to maintaining your health. Prioritize yours by practicing the following:

🌙 Stick to a schedule – Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
