😴 Did you know one in three adults experiences poor quality sleep, which can have a significant impact on your overall health?

Poor sleep is linked to a variety of serious health issues, including:
🚨 Heart disease
🚨 Weakened immune function
🚨 Memory loss & brain fog

✨ Sleep is just as important as diet and exercise when it comes to maintaining your health. Prioritize yours by practicing the following:

🌙 Stick to a schedule – Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
📱 Limit screen time – Reduce blue light exposure from phones & TVs at least an hour before bed.
☕ Watch your caffeine intake – Avoid caffeine in the afternoon to help your body wind down naturally.
