Our fitness classes range from low intensity to high intensity. From basic exercise classes to line dance and Tai Chi. Since its inception in April 2001, thousands of individuals have chosen a healthy and active lifestyle by joining the UMC Activities Center. Sponsored by UMC's Seniors are Special Program, this facility is designed for mature adults who desire to increase and maintain their fitness level in a supportive and medically aware environment. UMC Activities Center provides activities and staff to help meet individual needs, regardless of physical ability and medical challenges. The UMC Activities Center serves as a fun and motivating facility to improve your health, and as a way to strengthen old friendships or build new relationships. Conveniently located on the SouthWest corner of 82nd and Slide Road in RockRidge Plaza.
