Trusting God is the hardest lesson to learn but the most crucial.

To trust God is to trust His timing. To trust God is to trust His way.

Let’s fix our eyes on Jesus and remember that we can trust Him at all times.

Forgiving someone doesn't mean we’ll feel instant joy or relief. But it does mean we're taking the right steps to walk toward healing.

So instead of making feeling good my goal, I'm learning to make healing my goal. And forgiveness is always healing in the right direction.

God is not afraid of our honest thoughts and emotions. Taking our true feelings to Him and exchanging them for His Truth can change everything.

Judgment can end with us when gentleness flows through us. Together, let’s show someone a little less judgment and a lot more of Jesus today.

All In Or Not In At All - Ed Newton

“Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters” - Matthew 12:30

We love to think that giving God most of our hearts is good enough. We surrender the areas we’re comfortable with and hold onto the rest. We obey in the public spaces, but in private, we do what we want. We like to say we trust Him, but then we still fight to keep control of the outcomes. The problem is that God never asked for partial obedience. He asked for everything.

There is no such thing as halfway faithful. When God gives instruction, He expects full follow-through. Partial obedience is still disobedience because it places our judgment above His. It says, “I’ll go this far, but no further,” as if we get to negotiate terms with the One who created us. We don’t get to edit God’s commands. We either obey or we don’t.

Saul learned this the hard way. God gave him a clear command, and Saul followed some of it. He thought he could keep a few things for himself and still be in the clear. But God rejected his partial obedience. Saul’s compromise cost him everything. It’s a warning we all need. God doesn’t just want our actions. He wants our hearts. He wants us to follow not out of pressure but from full surrender.

This doesn’t mean perfection. It means alignment. It means that when God speaks, we respond with yes, not hesitation. We stop trying to bargain and start trusting. And when we mess up, we own it and come back quickly, not try to excuse our way out.

If you want the fullness of God’s purpose in your life, give Him the fullness of your obedience. Let Him into every corner. Trust Him with every part. Don’t hold back what He died to redeem. God blesses full obedience not because He needs control, but because He wants to free you from everything that holds you back.

You Are Chosen, Not Just Saved - Ed Newton

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” - 1 Peter 2:9

When it comes to your relationship and journey with God, salvation isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting point. Too many believers stop at being saved and never step into being sent. But God didn’t just pull you out of darkness to leave you standing there. He pulled you out so you could walk in purpose. You are not just forgiven. You are chosen.

Being chosen means you were set apart on purpose. God did not just hand out a generic plan for all Christians. He picked you to carry something unique. There’s a reason you are where you are. The people in your life, the gifts you carry, the story you’ve lived through, they’re not accidents. They’re part of a divine assignment.

We often miss this because we are so focused on our shortcomings. We talk ourselves out of being used by God before we even ask Him what He wants to do. But calling is not about qualifications. It is about availability. It is about willingness. And it is about waking up every day knowing you were chosen for something that matters.

You were not saved to sit still. You were not redeemed to play it safe. The same grace that rescued you is the grace that empowers you. And the world needs you walking in your calling. Not next year. Not when things calm down. Right now. You are chosen for this moment.

What are you doing with the life you were chosen to live? Are you treating your salvation like the end of the road, or are you letting God send you into what He’s called you to do? You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to be available. Chosen people don’t wait for permission. They walk in obedience.

Let’s remind our hearts of this truth this week: Prayer does make a difference.

We don’t need to know how.
We don’t need to know when.
We just need to kneel confidently and know even our most simple prayers extend far wide and far high and far deep.

Keep praying. God is listening.

I am ecstatic to announce The Hope Exchange by Roark Kerr & Associates! Same mission, renewed name.

Over the last year I have been in deep prayer and petition for a name change that can reflect the legacy of Bradley and the "Hope Dealer" title he and I both held so highly in what we do every day, and here it is! Our mission has always been, and will continue to be, trading the despair people come in with for the hope God can provide.

Thank you all for your support and belief in this business and trusting in me to be apart of your journey. It is an honor to be your Hope Dealer!
