Dr. R. Clark Mooty of Lubbock Plastic Surgery Institute has been named a TX Top Doctor for 2025 based on merit. Dr. R. Clark Mooty is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon proudly serving the Lubbock and West Texas community. A Texas native and Texas Tech graduate, he brings advanced training and active membership in top surgical societies to his hometown practice.

Thankful for being able to celebrate my birthday day week with my part of my staff! We have about 11 faces missing. There’s always something fun in an orange box! Love that they took time to recognize me and make me feel special! Cheers to another few years!
