TheraCare Mission: Our mission is to provide client-focused therapy services through adherence to the highest possible personal and professional standards, and treating each individual with dignity and respect.

Carol Perry is co-owner and Vice President of TheraCare. Her expertise includes arthritis care, orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, balance therapy, adults with multiple mental and physical disabilities, home health care, administration and management of a contracting company. Carol has served on numerous advisory boards and has performed consultant roles for companies including Lubbock Independent School District, South Plains College, Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Amarillo College, Interim Health Care, Essential Home Health, and Inside Out Foundation. She is an active volunteer supporting local awareness associations and providing educational presentations about health care and rehabilitation topics. She is certified to provide pet therapy along with her pet therapy dog, Titus.

Bob Perry, O.T. is the Co-owner and President of Theracare since its founding in 1995. Bob has also served as the Director of Rehabilitation Therapies at Sunrise Canyon Hospital since 1996. His passion for service extends beyond Theracare. Bob is an active Board Member for St. Benedict’s Chapel and a member of the South Plains Homeless Consortium. Before founding Theracare Bob spent 9 years in education for the Department of Occupational Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, and served as the Interim Chair and Program Director from 1992 to 1996. From 1984 to 1987 Bob was the Director of Rehabilitation Therapies at Rusk State Hospital, Skyview Maximum Security Unit in Rusk, Texas. Bob is a published author in the American Journal of Occupational Therapy and an experienced grant writer. He has been invited to speak at Texas Occupational Therapy Association Annual Conferences and the American Occupational Therapy Association Annual Conferences.

Anthony Norman currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Theracare. His expertise includes Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Adult Mental Health, Employee Health & Intramural Sports. He has worked for Bob & Carol Perry at Theracare for 20 plus years as a Recreational Therapist, and now serves as COO & Director of Rehabilitation Therapies at Sunrise Canyon. Before joining the Theracare Family in 1996, he worked as Director of Special Olympics and Texas Tech University Recreational Center. In the past, Anthony has served on the Board of March of Dimes, currently a member of Lyons Chapel Baptist Church, Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity incorporated, & ATRA – American Therapeutic Recreation Association. Anthony has been married for 24 years to Sharla and has one daughter Skylar.
